         respond within 24 hours. State in the coments area if you want to do a 
         combination tour, if any disabilities or special needs. Please read our 
         cancellation policy carefully.
        

• 50% Deposit is required upon booking and the balance due upon arrival.
• Due to our unique size, cancellations impact us significantly; Reservations
  must be canceled 7 days prior to arrival date for 80% refund less $10.00
  processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations under 48 hours
  prior to arrival date.(all prices are in US dollars)
• FOR CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS ONLY: Meeting time 9:00 a.m. ship time.
• FOR OVERNIGHT TOURISTS: The time will be arranged upon booking. 
• No refunds for no-shows, early departures, late arrivals or circumstances
  beyond the control of Belize Tour Guide Company Limited.
• We accept Visa, Master Card, or Cash (US or Belizean)
• Travel insurance is highly recomended
